Process

How an engagement works

Four stages from first conversation to a supported launch.

  1. 1Discover

Agree the use case, the systems involved and what success looks like, and check technical fit early.

  2. 2Design

Plan the workflow, data flow and hand-offs, with a clear list of what is in scope.

  3. 3Build and test

Build the integration and any apps in short cycles, tested with your team on realistic data.

  4. 4Launch and support

Release in stages, train the people who use it and keep supporting and improving it.

Contact Us
Do you supply the hardware?

The solution is software and integration. Hardware is chosen with you during discovery and purchased from the manufacturer or its resellers.

When is RFID better than barcodes?

RFID helps when many items need to be read quickly, when items are not in line of sight, or when frequent audits are costly. Barcodes are often enough for single-item checks.

Can the app run on devices we already own?

Often yes. We check the device model, operating system version and scanner interface early so the app fits the equipment you already use.

Does it connect to SAP?

Yes. Scans, counts and audit results can be posted to SAP through its standard interfaces, with validation before data is accepted.
